• Please allow 1-3 days handling, 2-10 days domestic shipping.

 NOTE: Delivery Signature Required. Please indicate in the Note Box at checkout to cancel.  

 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Sheffield WoodTurning immediately via the contact page. 

 To receive a refund, the urn must not have been used, and must be shipped within 7 business days of receipt. If the urn has been damaged, please follow the instructions below.

 Please place the item in the original box with all necessary protective packaging material. Returns must be insured for their full value. The return cost for undamaged urns is the responsibility of the customer.

 The purchase price will be refunded to you by check when we receive the undamaged item.

 In the event your order is damaged during shipment, you must contact Sheffield WoodTurning via email within 5 business days. Please provide information and photo documentation clearly showing the damaged package and item as received. 

 All orders are insured with the shipping carrier for their full value. The information and photos you provide will be submitted to the shipping carrier for refund approval. Once refund approval has been received from the shipping carrier, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price and shipping cost
