If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of equal or less value may be requested. Please contact Artistic Cremation Urns immediately via the contact page sharing the reason for your exchange request and desired exchange item. We ONLY accept urn exchanges that have never been used and the Lid Seal is unbroken.
You will receive notice once your exchange request has been approved. Exchange items must be shipped back to Artistic Cremation Urns within 7 business days of receiving your exchange approval. Please place the item in the original or suitable box with all necessary protective packaging material. Returns must be insured for their full value. The Return and Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The approved exchange item will be shipped when we receive the returned original item.
In the event your order is damaged during shipment, you must contact Artistic Cremation Urns immediately the contact page or the email address provided below. Please provide information and photo documentation clearly showing the damaged package and item as received.
All orders are insured for their full value with the shipping carrier. The information and photos you provide will be submitted to the shipping carrier for refund approval. Once we receive your information and validating photos, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price and shipping cost.
